Looking at the typical nature of farsan (Mixture / Namkeen) which contains various ingredients; it was a task for us to make a machine which will fill the farsan without getting segregated the individual ingredients. Our R&D team has done it successfully and today more+than 100 installations across the globe are working satisfactorily. The “self learning” software developed for this machine assures reliable repetitive accurate weighing, filling & packing system.

The machine has been designed, fabricated, keeping in mind that it is to handle sugar. Sugar being hygroscopic in nature proper care has been taken to avoid gaps and high quality insulation, gasketing is done for electrical/electronic panel

Tea powder similar to Sugar Packing Machine is designed considering the application. A magnetic mesh is provided (optional) to remove the iron particles from tea powder before it is stored in the machine feeding hopper. The speed, accuracy & repeatability are maintained as usual.

Being very low in bulk density; its intricate shape makes it difficult to handle it for weighing & filling. A specially designed hopper takes care of this problem and guarantees high accuracy along with speed & repeatability.
