Food packaging machine with nitrogen flushing – This machine seals the material by flushing Nitrogen gas into the pouch to increase the shelf life of the product.

This nitrogen filling machine is widely used for packaging food equipment Like namkeen; farsan, fryums, dry fruits, chips, seeds etc. Also medicinal products, chemical items can be packed with Nitrogen flushing.

The packets of chips do not get perished even after a long time due to Nitrogen flushing. It basically increases packet shelf life. Nitrogen gas is filled to preserve the freshness of food items. Thus filling nitrogen makes the pouch bigger & attractive. Machine operator has to set the Nitrogen pressure & pouch sealing time. Temperature can be set as per the film thickness.
